Guests have the entire home and the whole backyard, including the pool (in season), hot tub, sauna, fire pit, playset, gym, game room and both porches. The only exceptions are a few locked closets, which are reserved for the owner’s storage.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this floor, along with a home gym and two porches. Out back, the multi-tiered deck has a grill. Upstairs. Five more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Downstairs. Three bedrooms, a bathroom and a game room with a pool table, Pac-Man and board games. There’s also a kids’ play kitchen and plenty of seating. The lower level opens straight onto the backyard. Backyard. A playset, hot tub and sauna (both year-round), a private seasonal pool and a fire pit.

A $300 fee applies per approved pet. • The pool is generally available from May through September, weather permitting. Please contact us before booking if pool availability is important for your stay. • A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected as disclosed in the listing’s price details. • Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum • Guests who wish to use the fire pit should bring their own firewood. • The home is intended for vacations and peaceful group getaways. Parties, events, unregistered guests, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. • Please use designated parking areas only. Parking or driving on the lawn is strictly prohibited.
