OUTDOOR LIVING Explore the 140-acre property, enjoy lake access across the road, or relax on the deck. A BBQ grill, fire pit, kayaks, and outdoor games make it easy to enjoy the fresh air. KITCHEN & COMFORTS Prepare meals in the kitchen and gather around the dining table. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher help make longer stays comfortable. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Bedroom 1: King bed with an ensuite bathroom - Bedroom 2: King bed; a pack 'n play is available if needed - Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two sleeping spaces and a pull-out trundle - Bedroom 4: Two full-size beds IMPORTANT AC INFORMATION The house has air conditioning, but the bedrooms do not have AC. Tower fans are provided for the bedrooms. EXPLORE THE CATSKILLS Visit nearby attractions such as Resorts World Catskills, The Kartrite water park, Holiday Mountain, and the Woodstock Museum. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire house, except for a few locked storage closets. Enjoy the deck, outdoor games, and fire pit. Fire pit available - please use the provided firewood. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $200 pet fee. Please notify us before bringing a pet. - Propane for the BBQ grill and firewood for the fire pit are not provided. Please bring your own. - Quiet hours are 9 PM-8 AM. Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Unregistered visitors are not allowed on the property. - Check-in is after 4 PM, and checkout is by 11 AM. If you need early check-in or late checkout, please contact us. - The bedrooms do not have air conditioning. Tower fans are provided. - This is a wooded property, so you may encounter wildlife and insects despite routine pest control. - A guidebook is available online and at the house, with local recommendations and helpful information.
