The primary bedroom features a king bed, daybed, and trundle, making it ideal for families. The second bedroom includes two full-over-full bunk beds, providing plenty of space for both kids and adults. One of the home's most unique features is the separate game room building located just outside the house, offering the perfect place to unwind, play games, and enjoy time together after a day on the lake. Step outside and enjoy direct private access to Swinging Bridge Lake. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, boating, swimming, or simply soaking in the peaceful waterfront setting. Conveniently located near Bethel Woods, Resorts World Catskills, hiking trails, local restaurants, and year-round outdoor activities, this lakefront retreat is the perfect home base for your Catskills escape.
